What the first hour
looks like.

Arrive a few minutes early
We'll have iced tea or sparkling water waiting in the front room. The receptionist will check you in and walk you back to your suite.

A short conversation
Your therapist asks two or three questions about how the body is feeling today, and what you'd like to leave with.
- 03
Into the room
Robe, linens, water by the bed. Music optional. You undress to your comfort.
- 04
Stay a while afterward
There's a quiet lounge with low chairs and a garden view. We'd rather you sat in it for twenty minutes than rushed back to traffic.
Getting here
Hillcrest is
easy to reach.
From New Kingston — five to ten minutes by car via Hope Road, depending on traffic.
From Half-Way Tree — fifteen minutes via Old Hope Road and Hillcrest.
Parking — on-site and complimentary for all guests. The lot is gated.
