We hold a room, a therapist, and a window of afternoon for every appointment. These small policies keep that possible.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Write to us or call — either is fine — and we’ll find a window that suits.
Late cancellation
Cancellations made inside 24 hours are billed at half the treatment rate. Cancellations made on the day of the appointment are billed in full. We’ll always try to rebook the slot first; if we can, the charge is waived.
No-shows
Missed appointments without notice are billed in full and must be prepaid before the next visit. We understand things happen — a quick message is all we ask.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment will be shortened to end on time so the next guest is not displaced. The full rate still applies. Please aim to arrive five or ten minutes early so we can offer you tea and settle you in unhurried.
Illness
If you’re feeling unwell — a cold, a fever, anything contagious — please reschedule. Late-cancellation fees are waived for illness; we only ask that you tell us as early as you can.
Packages and gift cards
- Pre-paid packages are non-refundable but fully transferable. Send the remaining sessions to a friend if your plans change.
- Gift cards do not expire and may be used toward any treatment or product in the studio.
Group bookings & buyouts
Bookings of four or more guests, and private buyouts of the studio, require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. The deposit is refundable up to seven days before the visit; inside that window it is held against the booking.
Refunds
If something about your visit was not right, please tell us before you leave. We’d rather make it right in the moment than read about it afterward.
