What we hold, and how lightly.
We collect very little, and we don’t sell or share it. Here is exactly what passes through our hands and why.

What we collect
- Booking details — your name, email, phone number, and any notes you choose to send. We need these to confirm your appointment and reach you if something changes.
- Health intake — for new guests, a short form covering allergies, medications, and conditions relevant to treatment. This stays in your client record.
- Payment information — processed by our card processor. We never see or store the full card number; only the last four digits and an authorization reference.
- Site analytics — anonymized counts of page views and referrers. No third-party advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
To book and deliver treatments safely, to send appointment reminders, to maintain a quiet record of what we’ve done together so the next visit can build on the last, and to comply with tax and bookkeeping requirements.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your information. Not to anyone.
- We don’t share it with advertisers, brokers, or social platforms.
- We don’t send marketing emails unless you ask us to. If you do, you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who sees your information
Only the staff at Bella Oasis and the small number of trusted providers we use to run the studio: our card processor, our scheduling system, our email host, and our accountant. Each is bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.
How long we keep it
- Booking and treatment records: five years, then deleted.
- Health intake forms: kept as long as you remain an active client; deleted three years after your last visit.
- Payment authorizations: as required by our processor and applicable tax law (typically seven years).
Your rights
You can ask us, at any time and without explanation, to:
- Show you what we hold about you.
- Correct anything that’s out of date.
- Delete your record entirely.
- Export your record in a portable format.

Cookies
Our site uses a single first-party cookie to remember whether you’ve dismissed the cookie notice. No tracking, no third-party advertising cookies.
Children
The site and the studio are not intended for children under sixteen. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects how we use your information, we’ll flag it at the top of this page for thirty days and, for material changes, write to active clients directly.
