By booking with Bella Oasis you agree to the terms below. We try to keep them short and human.

1. About us
Bella Oasis (“we”, “us”) is a small day spa operating at 2A Hillcrest Avenue, Kingston 6. These terms govern your relationship with us when you book a treatment, buy a gift card, or otherwise use the studio.
2. Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed once we’ve replied with a date, time, and therapist. Walk-ins are welcome when we have capacity, but appointments always take priority.
3. Payment
- We accept all major cards and Apple Pay. Cash is accepted but not preferred.
- Prices include local taxes unless noted otherwise.
- Gratuity is welcome but never expected.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations are governed by our cancellation policy. In short: free up to 24 hours before; partial fee inside 24 hours; full fee on the day.
5. Health and safety
Please tell us about any conditions — pregnancy, recent surgery, allergies, blood pressure concerns, medications — before your visit. We may decline or modify a treatment to keep it safe.
Treatments at Bella Oasis are not a substitute for medical care. If you’re managing a condition, please consult your physician first.
6. Conduct
The studio is a quiet space. We ask guests to keep voices low, phones on silent, and conversation private. Inappropriate behavior toward staff or other guests will end the appointment immediately and the full rate will be charged.
7. Children and guests
Treatments are offered to guests aged sixteen and older. Younger visitors are welcome to accompany an adult in the waiting area when a treatment requires it.
8. Personal belongings
Lockers are provided in each treatment room. We are not responsible for items left in common areas; please bring only what you need.
9. Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, transferable, and do not expire. They may be redeemed against any treatment or retail item in the studio.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the treatment booked. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The “last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for thirty days.
